The 2016 Quilt Show hosted by the Colorado River Quilters was a vibrant showcase of craftsmanship and community spirit, held in February at the Chamber of Commerce in Bullhead City, Arizona. This event featured a stunning 'Opportunity Quilt' embodying the hues of an Arizona sunset, meticulously hand-quilted by a dedicated member. The theme 'Red, White & Blue' was celebrated through various exhibits, including a Sampler Quilt inspired by Civil War designs. Attendees enjoyed a boutique with handmade items, numerous vendors, and the chance to win prizes in hourly draws. This gathering not only displayed beautiful quilts but also highlighted the collaborative spirit of the quilters.
