This program, priced at just $50, combines practical cooking skills with scientific principles, allowing students to explore and understand food science through interactive classes. Topics include pathogen safety, sensory science, molecular gastronomy, and nutritional biochemistry. Registration begins January 6, 2025, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
