As members of the Lake Washington Education Association, we are committed to supporting, encouraging, and uplifting each other as we work toward providing quality public education. Our mission is to advocate for the rights and well-being of all members, foster an anti-racist and bias-aware community, and actively participate in equitable educational decisions with LWSD and the School Board. We empower educators to take leadership roles in shaping fair and inclusive education while promoting professional growth. Through education, collaboration, and transparent communication, we strive to strengthen community support and ensure every member has the resources and representation they need to succeed.
