Establishing Utility Service

If you are one of our valued customers, your utility service account will need to be established and processed. Here is what is required:

• Complete the Application for Water Utility Service (PDF)
• Provide a copy of a valid form of identification, including a California Drivers License or Passport
• Pay the required non-refundable Utility Service Application Fee
• Place a refundable Service Deposit on the utility service account, if necessary

When establishing your utility service account, you may be required to present a settlement agreement, or other documentation, showing the date you took ownership of the property or a rental agreement, or other documentation, showing the date you agreed to start renting the property.
