This home is primarily responsible for persons requiring 24 hour licensed nursing care. The home is staffed with a Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) 24 hours daily and supervised by a Registered Nurse. An L.P.N. serves as shift supervisor for the support staff who are trained to provide any necessary physical or occupational therapy programs and who implement the goals of each individual’s personal plan.
