For a month AlimentaLaSolidaridad will share its sixth anniversary by making tours of the communities. The objective of these visits is for businessmen, journalists, members of the diplomatic corps, entrepreneurs, and musicians to learn first-hand about the work behind each of their programs, the community organization, and the sense of co-responsibility.

In 6 years, Alimenta la Solidaridad has designed and implemented eight community programs in order to improve the well-being and development of the most vulnerable in Venezuela. Over the years it has grown progressively reaching 240 communities in 14 states of the country.

Its programs are Food Security, where a daily lunch is guaranteed that contains 40% of the estimated kilocalorie load that the beneficiaries must consume for their optimal development. It is a preventive strategy to contain #malnutrition in the country and currently manages to benefit 18,000 people. To date, there are 14 million dishes served.
