How to Report Violations

To report a violation, use the online Air Quality Violation Report Form or call 602-506-6010. The phone line is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with voice mail available after business hours and on weekends. If unable to contact, please call the fire department non-emergency line at 602-495-5555.

Recreation (camp) fires during the winter months are permitted if burning is allowed in Maricopa County when air quality restrictions are not in place.

Remember, it is always best practice to communicate with your neighbors when having a recreation fire, so they do not report a call to your local fire station.
