Prairie Burt has been a yoga and fitness instructor for over 20 years. Her passion for the body and wellness led her to massage therapy. As a physically active individual herself, Prairie realizes the intricacies of muscle soreness and tension. Her yoga background has given her a greater understanding of the human body and how to help others relieve stress and tension from their everyday lives. Prairie is Bodywork Certified and specializes in deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, cupping and Gua Sha.
